It Stops Here – Training for Students

We want all students at King’s to feel part of a community, and a big part of that is making sure that our university it supportive and inclusive, and that people look out for one another. At King’s, we proudly state that it’s our deeds that define us. We expect that our campuses are safe for all members of the community, but if something does happen, we also want our students to step up and act, intervening if safe and necessary.

To help foster safe, respectful and supportive campuses, we run Active Bystander workshops which are led by student ambassadors and the online KEATS course Consent Matters: Boundaries, Respect and Positive Intervention.

Consent Matters is an online module to help students understand sexual consent and promote positive change in the university community.

Our It Stops Here Ambassadors run one-hour Active Bystander workshops. Get in touch with us at diversity@kcl.ac.uk to organise a session in your area.
